How long is your processing time?
Order processing is between 1-7 business days. We're going out to the post office every Friday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. You will receive a shipping cost once you checkout. The rate will be calculated before you confirm your order. If you don't see your country in the list of countries at checkout, please contact us gladtomakeit@gmail.com.
How long does delivery take?
It takes around 2-6 weeks.
I need it faster, can you give me another option for courier or service?
Sure, If you don’t mind about the cost, please contact us gladtomakeit@gmail.com we will give you another option for delivery. The cost for faster is definitely more expensive than our regular shipping fee at checkout.
How about tax?
We will not collect tax for you. Therefore, when the package arrives at your country. You will be paying tax and custom fees. We are not responsible for taxes or custom fees that you acquire within your country.
I used the wrong address when ordering; how do I change it?
If you order is still open, contact us ASAP with your order number and correct mailing address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any of the information you have inputted.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. All orders will come with a tracking number. We only use regular tracking mail service from Indonesian Postal.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We apologised that we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and we will do our best to fix the issue.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
All orders are final sale and we are not able to make further adjustments after payment confirmation.
How if my package lost?
Sorry, we aren’t liable for the lost package. Once your item has been marked shipped, we no longer have control for it. But please wait 4 weeks from your estimated time, before you declare the package lost.
